How it works

Four moves,
behind glass.

People stop and watch. It pulls footfall to your space.

  1. 01Step 1: Order on either screen

Two 24″ screens. Two customers order and pay at the same time. The bar queues and prepares in order.

  2. 02Step 2: The cup is already waiting

The cup is staged at payment, so preparation starts straight away.

  3. 03Step 3: Six axes assemble it

A Dobot Nova 5 arm moves the cup between the coffee, ice, milk and powder modules.

  4. 04Step 4: Rotating delivery presents it

The finished drink turns out to the customer. Faster pickup, smaller footprint.

Operations

Two hours of training.
30 minutes a day.

A cleaning routine and a dashboard, not a shift rota.

The Cleaning App

Put the unit in cleaning mode and the app opens by itself. It then guides cleaning staff through the whole routine, one step at a time, showing every task that needs to be done. Each step comes with a short instruction, an image and a video.

  • Daily cycle: 30 minutes
  • Weekly, monthly and three-monthly cycles
  • Two hours of training for cleaning staff
  • Every step is logged. Your site keeps a hygiene record for inspections.

Refilling

Who refills, how often, how long.

Your own team, as part of the daily routine, guided by the Cleaning App.

Fill levels for cups, milk and ingredients show in the Barkeeper app, so refills are planned, not reactive.

Figures are calculated in CHF. EUR and USD are converted at the latest European Central Bank reference rate, via Frankfurter. Illustrative estimate based on the assumptions shown.
